Radomiak Radom faces crisis after heavy defeat to Lech Poznań

Radomiak Radom is facing a period of instability following a 1-5 defeat against Lech Poznań in the Ekstraklasa. The club is currently struggling near the relegation zone, holding only a two-point advantage over the bottom sixteen positions.

Team captain Rafał Wolski addressed the crisis on Instagram, stating that the team's poor performance is the result of multiple factors and that responsibility lies with everyone from the management down to the players. He noted, “At a certain point, everyone must look in the mirror and ask themselves if they are giving their maximum so that this team functions well.”

The club has experienced significant coaching turnover recently. Former coach Tomasz Kaczmarek left for Raków Częstochowa after only 80 days, and interim coach Rafał Grzyb has overseen consecutive losses to Piast Gliwice and Lech Poznań. Reports indicate that John Carver may be brought in to lead the team following these results.
