Radovan Kovačević calls for pride in Republika Srpska

Radovan Kovačević, a Serbian delegate in the House of Peoples of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina, has called on the Serbian people to remain proud of Republika Srpska.

Addressing reactions from Sarajevo, Kovačević criticized the judicial processes in The Hague, claiming a lack of justice for Serbian victims. He noted that while approximately 35,000 Serbs died during the civil war in Bosnia and Herzegovina—representing 35 percent of the total deaths—only 2 percent of convictions have been issued for crimes against Serbs. He further criticized the treatment of certain individuals and the perceived bias in how war crimes are addressed and honored.
