Radovan Pankov criticizes Crvena zvezda's defensive tactics

Former Crvena zvezda defender Radovan Pankov has expressed concerns regarding the team's current tactical direction under coach Albert Riera. Pankov criticized the defensive organization, noting that the current man-to-man approach and the tendency to allow opposing defenders too much control could lead to significant difficulties during European competitions.

Pankov also reflected on the club's recent history, expressing sadness over the departure of Dejan Stanković. He suggested that the team appeared more compact under Stanković than under Riera. Additionally, Pankov praised Vladan Milojević as a savior for the club and identified Miloš Milojević as a potential ideal solution for the team due to his deep understanding of the organization.
