Radovan Višković files criminal and defamation complaints against Perica Stanić

Radovan Višković, the acting director of the Public Enterprise “Autoputevi” and former Prime Minister of Republika Srpska, has filed a criminal complaint and a defamation lawsuit against Perica Stanić. Stanić is a former high-ranking member of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MUP) and former director of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA).

Višković stated that the legal action follows statements made by Stanić that he claims are defamatory toward him and his family. The complaint was submitted to the Prosecutor's Office on Monday. Višković also addressed allegations regarding Stanić's previous professional conduct, specifically mentioning the employment of a relative in a regional SIPA office in Banja Luka who was subsequently arrested by the MUP for drug dealing.
