Radu Dragusin's agent discusses past Napoli links and Fiorentina status

Florin Manea, the agent for Fiorentina defender Radu Dragusin, has discussed the player's upcoming match against Napoli and his past transfer interests. Manea noted that Dragusin is currently on loan at Fiorentina with an obligation to purchase after twenty matches, a milestone he expects the 24-year-old to reach.

Manea revealed that in 2023, Dragusin was a target for several major clubs, including Bayern Munich and Tottenham, and that negotiations had previously brought him close to a move to Napoli. During that period, Manea spoke with Napoli president Aurelio De Laurentiis. While the player's ultimate goal was to play in the Premier League, the move to England did not materialize as planned at that time.

Regarding his current form, Manea stated that Dragusin needed time to regain rhythm after being sidelined for eighteen months but is now performing well under coach Vanoli. Despite the previous links to Napoli, Manea emphasized that Dragusin is fully committed to helping Fiorentina succeed in their upcoming fixture.
