Radu Drăgușin criticized after Fiorentina loss to Genoa

Fiorentina defender Radu Drăgușin faced heavy criticism from the Italian press following his performance in a 2-1 defeat against Genoa in Serie A. The Romanian defender was singled out for a lack of marking during Genoa's opening goal, where Milutin Osmajic was left unmarked to score.

Viola News described Drăgușin as ‘completely disoriented’ and ‘inexplicable’ in his defensive positioning, awarding him a rating of 5. While Sofascore provided a slightly higher rating of 6.3, the match was a difficult one for the visiting side.

The loss leaves Fiorentina in 18th place in the Serie A standings with four points after six matches, placing them in the relegation zone. Genoa moved to 16th place following their first victory of the season.
