RADWIMPS announces new single via surprise Tokyo Metro advertisements

Japanese band RADWIMPS has announced the digital release of their new song, ‘Shabadaba’, scheduled for October 28. The announcement was made through a surprise advertising campaign appearing at three Tokyo Metro stations: Kokkai-gijidomae, Kasumigaseki, and Nagatacho.

The advertisements feature provocative copy asking, ‘Is your ethics okay?’ and utilize various designs based on the track's jacket visuals. ‘Shabadaba’ will serve as the theme song for the Fuji TV drama ‘Political Pan’, a series set in a world of money and desire. The song is described as a sharp, provocative track that aligns with the dramatic themes of the show.
