Rafael Leão linked to Tottenham as AC Milan also fields Ruben Loftus‑Cheek for Coventry
Tottenham Hotspur have opened formal discussions with super‑agent Jorge Mendes about a possible transfer for Portuguese winger Rafael Leão, who is keen on a Premier League move. Milan are said to consider an offer around €60 million, with the club’s recent spending on players such as Mateus Fernandes and Sandro Tonali providing the financial backing for a sale.
At the same time, AC Milan midfielder Ruben Loftus‑Cheek has been identified as surplus under new coach Ruben Amorim. Coventry City from the English Championship have made a concrete enquiry, reportedly valuing the player at about €8.5 million, while other clubs including Beşiktaş, Aston Villa and Chelsea are also linked to the midfielder. Milan are prepared to negotiate to reduce their wage bill and accommodate the coach’s new tactical plans.
