Rafael Louzán and Luis de la Fuente visit Zaragoza

Rafael Louzán, president of the Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF), and national team coach Luis de la Fuente are conducting an institutional visit to Zaragoza. The agenda includes the inauguration of the ‘Reyes del Mundo’ exhibition at the Plaza de Nuestra Señora del Pilar alongside Mayor Natalia Chueca.

A key part of the visit involves an offering of the World Cup trophy to the Virgin of the Pillar at the Cathedral-Basilica, where the delegation will be received by Archbishop Carlos Escribano.

Following official meetings with Aragon President Jorge Azcón and an official lunch at the Ciudad del Fútbol Aragonés, Louzán will inspect the ongoing renovation works at La Romareda stadium. The venue is being prepared as a primary host site for the 2030 World Cup, which Spain will co-host with five other nations.
