Rafael Navarro scores twice in first start for St. Louis City

Rafael Navarro scored twice in his first start for St. Louis City SC during a 2-2 draw against the Portland Timbers. Navarro opened the scoring just 34 seconds into the match and added a second goal via a header in the 51st minute.

Despite Navarro's performance, Portland secured a draw with a goal in the final minute of play. The result extends St. Louis City's unbeaten streak to 15 matches and maintains their sixth-place position in the MLS Western Conference. Navarro, who joined the club from the Colorado Rapids in a record MLS transfer, has now recorded 13 goals and five assists this season.
