Rafaela and Tandil report deaths of local figures

Several notable deaths have been reported in the Argentine cities of Tandil and Rafaela.

Héctor Carlos Tobke, a prominent businessman and former local political leader, passed away. Born in 1950, Tobke was a significant figure in the dairy machinery industry. He made history in Rafaela as the city's first socialist council member after being elected in 1991. He later returned to political activity in 2011 as part of the Frente Progresista Cívico y Social.

In Tandil, Héctor Eduardo Castagnino, known as “Tato,” died at the age of 56. Additionally, Tilma Duret, widow of Orozq, passed away at the age of 97.
