Rafaella Carvalho appointed VP of Ademi-RJ Women's Commission

Rafaella Carvalho, the legal director of Cyrela, has been appointed vice-president of the new Women's Commission at the Association of Real Estate Business Executives of Rio de Janeiro (Ademi-RJ).

Led by Michelle Novaes, a partner at the real estate firm Kaselle, the commission aims to expand female presence, voice, and leadership within the entity and in discussions regarding the real estate market.

Carvalho has been part of Cyrela's legal department for 11 years and currently serves on the company's Executive Board. Her professional background includes roles in legal management and customer relationship management. She is also active in several professional forums, including the OAB-RJ and the Brazilian Association of Real Estate Developers (Abrainc).
