Raffadali hosts tenth Fastuca Fest to celebrate local pistachio

The tenth edition of Fastuca Fest will take place in Raffadali from September 17 to 20, celebrating the Pistacchio di Raffadali DOP. The event aims to use the local agricultural excellence as a driver for economic and tourism development.

The four-day program includes tastings, show cooking, workshops on sustainability and the supply chain, cultural exhibitions, and musical performances. A notable addition to this year's edition is a culinary collaboration with products from Puglia and the Valle d’Itria, featuring a special show cooking event on September 19.

Salvatore Gazziano, director of the Consorzio di tutela del Pistacchio di Raffadali Dop, stated that the festival seeks to improve every year with new culinary offerings and diverse programming.
