Rafina bus line 314 extended to city center

The bus line 314 has been officially extended to the center of Rafina, connecting the city center with Pallini and Doukissis Plakentia as of September 18. This development follows years of pressure from local society, municipal council decisions, and parliamentary interventions.

Despite this expansion, concerns remain regarding how residents from various settlements within the Rafina-Picermi Municipality will access the new line. There is a noted need for an effective municipal transport network consisting of flexible, circular routes to connect local settlements with major transport axes like Marathonos Avenue and organized transfer points. Such a network would ideally facilitate connections to the airport and the Pallini suburban railway.
