Ragazze Quartet previews ‘They Have Waited Long Enough’
The Ragazze Quartet, soprano Katharine Dain, and duduk player Raphaela Danksmüller recently appeared on NPO Klassiek to preview the song cycle ‘They Have Waited Long Enough’. The work, which features music by Aftab Darvishi, explores the stories of women from history and mythology.
The cycle will be performed across three concerts during the September Me festival: on September 25 in Flint, and on September 26 and 27 in St Aegtenkapel. The full album is scheduled for release on September 18.
