Pozzallo hosts 57th Sagra del Pesce festival

The 57th Sagra del Pesce in Pozzallo has commenced, featuring a large-scale artistic installation made of 1,100 kilograms of colored salt. Created by masters from Noto, the 50-square-meter work depicts local maritime symbols, including the Torre Cabrera, fishing boats, and waves.

The festival continues in Piazza delle Rimembranze with various gastronomic stands offering traditional seafood street food, such as bluefish, couscous, seafood linguine, and swordfish. The event includes showcooking sessions and musical performances to celebrate the town's deep connection to the sea.
