Raheem Sterling offered to Ligue 1 clubs after Feyenoord exit

Raheem Sterling remains a free agent following his departure from Feyenoord in June. His agent has reportedly offered the winger to two clubs in the French Ligue 1, including Le Havre.

Le Havre has rejected the proposal, stating that the squad is already sufficiently covered in his position. While the identity of the second Ligue 1 club has not been disclosed, it is reported that Sterling is willing to make significant financial concessions to secure a new contract.

Sterling’s recent period has been marked by difficulties both on and off the pitch. After making only eight appearances for Feyenoord, his career faced further complications in May following a single-vehicle accident involving his Lamborghini. The player has since pleaded guilty in court to charges related to dangerous driving and the possession of nitrous oxide for personal use, with a verdict expected in November.
