RAHMER Gruppe digitizes document management with TSO-DATA

The Nuremberg-based RAHMER Group has implemented a new digital document management system (DMS) to support its seven companies and approximately 2,000 employees. Working with ERP partner TSO-DATA, the group integrated Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central with SharePoint Online using the TSO-DATA DMS Connector.

The solution aims to centralize and secure document management while supporting complex industry processes in cleaning services, personnel services, and rental services. By utilizing Microsoft Purview and Power Automate, the system ensures documents are stored in a legally compliant and audit-proof manner.

A key feature of the project is the automated processing of billing documents. The system automatically assigns documents to the correct employees within a digital personnel file and links them to the relevant datasets in Business Central, streamlining workflows and improving data accessibility within the business context.
