Rahul Gandhi likely to visit Odisha for youth programme

Congress leader and Leader of Opposition in the Lok Sabha, Rahul Gandhi, is expected to visit Bhubaneswar, Odisha, in October to participate in the ‘Chhatra Ki Gunj’ programme. The event, which the Odisha Congress has proposed, aims to engage approximately 20,000 young people, focusing on Gen-Z concerns such as education and employment.

This potential visit is part of a broader effort by the Odisha Congress to strengthen its organizational presence ahead of upcoming Panchayat elections. The party plans to launch a padayatra from Nabarangapur on October 2 and implement various outreach strategies across the state.

Additional senior leaders, including Priyanka Gandhi Vadra and the Chief Minister of Karnataka, are also expected to visit Odisha between January and February as part of an extended political campaign.
