Rai 1 replaces La Vita in Diretta with Tutti a scuola special

Rai 1 altered its afternoon programming on Monday, September 21, 2026, to broadcast the 26th edition of the special program ‘Tutti a scuola’. As a result, the program ‘La Vita in Diretta’, hosted by Alberto Matano, was not aired.

The special event, hosted by Eleonora Daniele, was broadcast live from the Istituto Omnicomprensivo Sergio Marchionne in Amatrice. The program featured guests including Italian President Sergio Mattarella and Minister of Education Giuseppe Valditara. This year’s edition included segments dedicated to territories affected by earthquakes a decade ago, with connections to Norcia and Arquata del Tronto.

Other scheduling shifts included an earlier conclusion for ‘La volta buona’ and an adjusted time slot for ‘Il Paradiso delle Signore’. ‘Reazione a Catena’ also saw a delayed start. ‘La Vita in Diretta’ is scheduled to return to its regular programming on Tuesday, September 22.
