Rai chief Giampaolo Rossi and presenter Milo Infante spar over Rai remarks

Rai CEO Giampaolo Rossi publicly criticised presenter Milo Infante for remarks made about the public broadcaster, saying Infante should not disparage the organisation that supported his career. Rossi also referenced upcoming changes to Rai’s access‑prime‑time schedule planned for September.

Infante replied, rejecting any attack on Rai and reaffirming his gratitude to the network. He highlighted a past legal battle over alleged professional de‑qualification, noting four court judgments that held Rai responsible and resulted in his reinstatement and compensation. Infante thanked his lawyer for the victory and reiterated respect for Rossi despite their disagreement.
