Rai unveils autumn 2026 lineup with ‘Affari tuoi’ moving to Milan and two new TV channels

Italian public broadcaster Rai presented its autumn 2026 programming slate at the Teatro delle Muse in Ancona. The schedule introduces new digital channels – Italiana, focused on regional culture, and V/BE, aimed at pre‑teens – both slated to launch in late 2026 or early 2027.

The long‑running game show “Affari tuoi” will relocate its production from Rome to Rai’s Milan studios, with its 13‑year‑old Jack Russell mascot Gennarino staying behind for logistical reasons. New cast members are hinted at, while some familiar characters may not move to the new location. Additional programme announcements include the “Latin Grammy Celebra” special after Sanremo, fresh fiction series, and entertainment evenings hosted by Roberto Benigni and Sal Da Vinci.

Rai also highlighted a push toward digital integration, expanding RaiPlay content and promoting new formats for younger audiences, as part of its broader strategy to modernise Italy’s public service broadcasting.
