Las Vegas is positioning for the 2026 NFL draft around Indiana quarterback Fernando Mendoza, widely projected as the Raiders’ No. 1 pick. Mendoza’s involvement in the Raiders’ top-30 visit and his first meeting with Kirk Cousins as draft buzz builds.
