Raipur bull attacks man and child in residential area

A bull launched a violent attack on an elderly man carrying a child outside a residence in the DD Nagar area of Raipur. The incident, which was captured on CCTV, shows the animal charging at the man and knocking both him and the child to the ground.

As the man struggled to protect the child, the bull continued to attack him with its horns. The man eventually managed to cling to an iron pillar for support while the animal attempted further strikes. Two women from a nearby house intervened, rescuing the child and assisting the man to safety.

Local councillor Ashu Chandrawanshi noted that the bull had reportedly become aggressive after being bitten by dogs. The incident has sparked local concern regarding the presence of stray cattle in residential streets. In response, the municipal corporation has launched an operation to capture the animal.
