Raipur conclave showcases agri-tech and food processing innovations

Young entrepreneurs presented various technological solutions for agriculture and food processing at the Youth Innovation and Entrepreneurship Conclave 2026 held at Indira Gandhi Krishi Vishwavidyalaya in Raipur. The event featured innovations designed to support small businesses and women-led self-help groups.

Notable displays included the ‘Air Leaf’ food dryer developed by Milind Vasnik of Future Leaf Technology. The energy-efficient machine is designed to dry products like pickles, fruits, and papad, protecting them from dust, insects, and weather conditions that typically affect open-air drying.

Additionally, the conclave showcased ‘Grain Scope,’ an AI-based grain analyser from Grain Cart. This system evaluates the quality of rice and wheat and delivers reports directly to users via WhatsApp. Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai attended the event to interact with the innovators.
