Rajasthan CM Bhajanlal Sharma conducts village walk in Beeda, Udaipur

Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma visited Beeda village in Jhadol tehsil of Udaipur on the second day of his two‑day tour. Accompanied by cabinet minister Baboolal Khuradi, state minister Hemant Meena, senior officials and local representatives, he led a morning walk through the village streets, speaking directly with residents, hearing their problems and suggestions.

The visit followed a Gram Vikas Chaupal held at the Beeda gram panchayat, where the CM shared a traditional meal with villagers and highlighted schemes such as the "Lakpati Didi" program aimed at women’s self‑reliance. He praised the hospitality and cultural warmth of the community on the social platform X, reaffirming the government’s commitment to women’s safety, health, education and self‑employment.

Security arrangements were in place throughout the walk, and the event is being viewed as a significant outreach effort ahead of several major development programmes scheduled later in Udaipur.
