Rajasthan Housing Board launches four new residential schemes

The Rajasthan Housing Board is launching four new residential schemes across Jaipur, Kishangarh, and Bhiwadi. Registration for these housing projects will be open from October 17 to November 16.

In Kishangarh, the Khoda Ganesh Road Phase IV scheme will offer 90 independent houses for middle and high-income groups, with prices ranging from approximately 41 lakh to 69 lakh rupees. In Jaipur, the Pratap Nagar scheme includes the availability of 146 remaining flats at Greenwood Horizon, priced between 73.80 lakh and 1.05 crore rupees. Additionally, a specialized scheme in Indira Gandhi Nagar will provide 144 three-BHK flats specifically for journalists, with an estimated price of 74.80 lakh rupees.

The Bhiwadi Aravalli Vihar scheme will offer 77 flats catering to various income categories. Furthermore, the Board is preparing to begin work on a residential and commercial complex in Pratap Nagar at a cost of 288.27 crore rupees.
