Rajasthan Police arrest men for harassing and filming Israeli tourist
Rajasthan Police have arrested several men in connection with incidents involving an Israeli female tourist in the Ajmer district.
In one incident occurring on September 9, 2026, three men—identified as Arjun, Dayaram, and Jujhar—were arrested in Madhya Pradesh. They are accused of recording an Israeli woman without her consent while she was bathing at Ajaypal Baba Ajaysar Kund and subsequently circulating the video on social media. Investigators used technical evidence and CCTV footage to trace the suspects to the Rajgarh district.
In a separate reported incident of harassment, police arrested four men—Mohammad Furkhan, Mohammad Anees, Farhan, and Afsar Ali—following the viral spread of a video showing the verbal harassment of an Israeli tourist at a marble slurry dumping yard in Kishangarh. Authorities initiated legal action following public outrage over the footage.
