Rajasthan tourism industry announces 2026 travel marts

The Federation of Hospitality and Tourism of Rajasthan (FHTR) has announced the upcoming Rajasthan Domestic Travel Mart (RDTM) and the inaugural Marwar Travel Mart (MTM) to bolster the state's tourism sector.

The fifth edition of RDTM is scheduled for September 17–19, 2026, at the B. M. Birla Convention Centre in Jaipur. This will be followed by the first-ever Marwar Travel Mart in Jodhpur from September 20–22, 2026, at the Amritam Palace. These events aim to facilitate business networking, showcase Rajasthan’s tourism offerings, and connect domestic travel trade stakeholders with local hospitality providers.

A delegation from the FHTR, led by President Surendra Singh Shahpura, met with Maharaja Sawai Padmanabh Singh and Dr. Lakshyaraj Singh Mewar to invite their participation. The discussions focused on new initiatives, including responsible and sustainable tourism projects such as stepwell cleaning. The RDTM is expected to host approximately 300 travel agents and over 700 properties and tour companies.
