Rajkummar Rao stars in ‘Prahaar’ trailer about 26/11 legal battle

The trailer for ‘Prahaar: The Untold Story of Ujjwal Nikam’ has been released, marking the first full look at the biographical courtroom drama starring Rajkummar Rao. Produced by Maddock Films and directed by Avinash Arun Dhaware, the film depicts the legal battle following the 26/11 Mumbai terror attacks. Rao portrays Special Public Prosecutor Ujjwal Nikam, who led the prosecution that resulted in the conviction and execution of terrorist Ajmal Kasab.

The trailer launch was held at Mumbai’s Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus (CST), a location targeted during the 2008 attacks, in the presence of prosecutor Ujjwal Nikam and Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis.
