Rakovina Therapeutics announces 2026 annual general meeting results

Rakovina Therapeutics Inc. has announced the results of its 2026 annual general meeting held in Toronto. Shareholders elected five members to the company’s board of directors, including new director Dr. Petra Hamerlik, who brings expertise in neuro-oncology and DNA-damage response.

During the meeting, shareholders also approved setting the number of directors at five, re-appointed Davidson & Company LLP as the company’s auditor, and re-approved the existing omnibus equity incentive plan. Jeffrey Bacha retired from the board but will continue to serve the company in an advisory capacity.
