rakumo and AvePoint Japan launch Microsoft 365 workflow system

rakumo and AvePoint Japan have launched ‘rakumo Workflow for Microsoft 365’, a joint electronic approval and workflow system designed to meet the specific administrative requirements of Japanese companies.

The solution integrates deeply with Microsoft 365 infrastructure, including Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft Teams, allowing for seamless use across PCs and mobile devices. It is specifically engineered to handle complex organizational processes common in Japan, such as multi-stage approvals, conditional branching, proxy approvals, and consensus-based decision-making.

With this release, the ‘rakumo Basic Pack’ for Microsoft 365 is now complete, offering a full suite of tools including calendar management, contact lists, and internal bulletin boards. The companies have announced plans to further enhance the system by implementing artificial intelligence features to assist users with template creation and search functions.
