Rakus and ROBOT PAYMENT form capital and business alliance

Rakus Co., Ltd. and ROBOT PAYMENT Co., Ltd. have entered into a capital and business alliance to strengthen accounts receivable management services. As part of the agreement, Rakus will acquire 120,000 shares of ROBOT PAYMENT for 300 million yen, representing a 3.10% voting rights ratio.

The partnership aims to integrate features from ROBOT PAYMENT’s ‘Seikyu Kanri Robo’ into Rakus’s ‘Rakuraku Saiken Kanri’ product. The companies plan to offer an enhanced, end-to-end solution covering everything from invoice issuance to debt management, with a target of 1,000 corporate users by March 2029. The new version of ‘Rakuraku Saiken Kanri’ is scheduled for release in December 2026.

Separately, ROBOT PAYMENT’s ‘Seikyu Kanri Robo’ has been adopted by three incubation facilities operated by Mori Building Co., Ltd., including ARCH Toranomon Hills and Tokyo Venture Capital Hub. The implementation allows for centralized data management via Salesforce, reducing manual entry errors and achieving an automated reconciliation rate of approximately 90% for roughly 300 companies monthly.
