Rakus launches automatic invoice matching for Rakuraku Seikyu

Rakus Co., Ltd. has launched a new ‘Automatic Matching Option’ for its cloud-based invoice receiving system, ‘Rakuraku Seikyu’. This update allows for the automatic linking and amount verification of purchase and delivery data with incoming invoices.

By automating the reconciliation process, the system enables users to instantly identify only those invoices where the total amount does not match the supporting evidence. This is intended to reduce the manual workload for accounting departments, minimize human error, and accelerate the overall invoice processing workflow.

Future updates are expected to include a more granular ‘item-level automatic matching function’. Other recent updates to the system include features for aggregating journal entries, managing multiple invoices by department or project, and consolidating up to 100 invoices into a single payment request.
