Rakuten Girls cheerleader Ko Chia-pin celebrates 25th birthday

Rakuten Monkeys cheerleader Ko Chia-pin held her first personal birthday party in Taiwan to celebrate her 25th birthday on November 1. During the event, she performed the song ‘Guest’, which moved her to tears due to the support shown by her fans.

Ko, a South Korean national who joined the Rakuten Monkeys cheerleading squad in March, expressed deep gratitude toward her fans, particularly noting their efforts to learn Korean to wish her a happy birthday. She shared her goals of improving her Chinese language skills to better communicate with her supporters.

In addition to her birthday celebrations, Ko and fellow cheerleader Kim Ka-eun are participating in the release of the 2027 Rakuten Girls annual photo calendars. Ko noted the pressure of releasing her first personal calendar and stated she included lifestyle photos alongside cheerleader outfits to show a more authentic side of herself.
