Rakuten increases Viator earning rate to 14% cashback

Rakuten has increased the earning rate for Viator bookings to 14% cashback or 14X points. This promotional rate is available for bookings made through the Viator website, though app-to-app sales are excluded.

To qualify for the cashback, users must complete their purchase in a single session via viator.com. The offer excludes theme park purchases, virtual tours, gift vouchers, and bookings made through the Viator Travel Agent Program. Additionally, cashback is not available if discount codes, staff/student discounts, or card-linked offers are applied.

For users with specific loyalty programs, the 14X points can be applied to American Express Membership Rewards or Bilt Rewards. For Bilt Rewards members with Silver status or higher, the rate is 14X, while entry-level Blue status members receive a 2:1 transfer ratio, effectively resulting in 7X points.
