Raków Częstochowa owner Michał Świerczewski faces criticism

Michał Świerczewski, the owner of the Polish football club Raków Częstochowa, is facing scrutiny following a series of controversial decisions. The club, previously known for stability and effective cooperation between ownership and coaching staff, has experienced significant instability.

Recently, the club dismissed coach Tomasz Kaczmarek after only one month in the position, despite the team securing a 2-1 away victory against Wieczysta. This marks the fourth coaching change for the club within a single year.

Additionally, Świerczewski has been criticized for a failed transfer involving Wiktor Nowak. Despite interest from Raków, the owner reportedly rejected the player after personal analysis of a short video clip, deeming him unsuitable for the team. Since that decision, Nowak has moved to Slavia Prague and debuted for the Polish national team.
