Television host Raúl Araiza confirmed he is part of a legal process concerning an alleged fraud affecting buyers of luxury apartments in Mexico City. The dispute involves the developer of the Torre Mistral complex in the Santa Fe district, which Araiza says has used funds from new purchasers to cover previous debts and has imposed costly extra fees. Buyers report problems such as unreliable electricity, malfunctioning gym facilities, missing promised amenities, structural deficiencies, and unpaid service charges.
