Raleigh police investigate man found hanging from tree in downtown

The Raleigh Police Department is investigating the death of a man found hanging from a tree in downtown Raleigh on Saturday afternoon. The incident occurred in the 300 block of South McDowell Street, near Nash Square and close to the site of the annual CaribMask Carnival.
