Ralf König decorated underwear featured on Bares für Rares

On the ZDF television program ‘Bares für Rares’, a pair of worn men's underwear and an undershirt featuring caricatures were presented for sale. The items were brought by Rainer Graebenteich from Hüffelsheim.

The garments are unique because they were decorated by the renowned German comic artist and author Ralf König. The connection dates back to the candidate's student years; after a successful theater production based on one of König's comics, the artist personally decorated the items during an after-show party at a student dormitory.

Ralf König is a well-known artist from Soest, famous for his humorous comics exploring themes of sexuality, love, and social prejudice, including the work ‘Der bewegte Mann’.
