Rally drivers Laurent Vanton and Florent Todeschini mark career milestones

In Belgian motorsport, Laurent Vanton is reflecting on a 20-year rally career. After achieving the title of vice-champion in the 2WD Trophy in 2023, the 43-year-old has transitioned to more flexible roles, including acting as a team manager for the 25 Heures Fun Cup and providing co-driving experiences for enthusiasts.

In France, rally driver Florent Todeschini is returning to competition at the Terre de Lozère, the fifth round of the French Rally Championship (CFRT). Following a hiatus after the Terre d’Aleria rally, Todeschini has joined Stéphane Sarrazin’s Sarrazin World Rally Team. He will debut in a Skoda Fabia RS Rally2, moving away from his previous use of Ford, Hyundai, and Citroën vehicles as he attempts to close a 23-point gap with championship leader Sarah Rumeau.
