Raly Barrionuevo releases new album and joins Milo J project

Argentine singer-songwriter Raly Barrionuevo has released his new album, ‘El camino de Solgo’, a collection of 14 songs developed over several years. The album’s conceptual framework was inspired by a short story titled ‘Solgo’ by writer María Teresa Andruetto, which Barrionuevo describes as the ‘backbone’ that unites the songs under a single theme of independence and self-determination.

In a separate musical collaboration, Barrionuevo participated in ‘La Jangada’, an ambitious audiovisual project by artist Milo J. The production, filmed on a floating platform in the Tigre region, brings together approximately 35 musicians to blend traditional folklore with urban sounds. Barrionuevo performed the song ‘Luciérnagas’ alongside Milo J, representing the Santiago del Estero folklore tradition within a lineup that includes artists such as Soledad Pastorutti, Mon Laferte, and Trueno.
