Ram Charan to Undergo Wrist Surgery in Coimbatore After Peddi Injury

Telugu actor Ram Charan suffered a wrist cartilage tear while performing wrestling sequences for his film Peddi. He had initially postponed medical treatment to complete promotional duties, but the procedure has now been scheduled for July 27 at Ganga Hospital in Coimbatore.

The actor travelled to the hospital accompanied by his family – father megastar Chiranjeevi, mother Surekha, and wife Upasana Konidela. The surgery will be performed by a specialist in hand‑and‑wrist procedures, with the aim of a full recovery before he resumes work. After rehabilitation, Charan is expected to begin preparations for an upcoming project with director Sukumar.
