Ram Kapoor's Confessions and Exit Request on LockUp 2

Indian television actor Ram Kapoor, currently a contestant on the reality series LockUp 2, disclosed that before his 2003 marriage to Gauri Kapoor he was a “playboy” with numerous affairs, stating he has had none since marriage. He recounted a phone call from producer Ekta Kapoor to Gauri before the wedding, warning her to “be careful” because of his past affairs, and added that people with many pre‑marriage affairs tend to have fewer after marriage.

In a later episode Kapoor said the show was a mistake for him, complaining about food shortages and the demanding environment. He directly asked host Ritesh Deshmukh, “please take me out of the show,” and urged the producers to remove him, saying he was not suited for the format.
