Teen accused of assault and scooter robbery in Ramacca, Italy

A 17‑year‑old was charged by the Carabinieri in Ramacca after an assault on a peer that escalated into a robbery. Video‑surveillance footage showed the victim on a scooter when the suspect, accompanied by four other youths, punched and kicked the teen, causing the scooter to be seized. A knife was later brandished, prompting the assailant to abandon the vehicle and flee. The perpetrator later turned himself in with his father. Police continue to identify the additional youths involved and have recovered the stolen scooter.
