Ramatuelle to host guided hike at Cap Taillat

The Ramatuelle Tourist Office has announced a free guided hike scheduled for Tuesday, September 29, 2026, at Cap Taillat. Located on the Saint-Tropez peninsula, the 5.5-kilometer route follows the historic customs officers' path.

Participants will explore the natural landscape of the Cap Taillat area, which is managed by the Conservatoire du littoral. The guided walk aims to highlight the local flora, fauna, and the historical significance of the site, which was once used by customs officers to monitor the coast against smugglers. The excursion will conclude with a visit to the Maison des douanes, featuring an exhibition on the preservation of this natural space.
