Rambøll selected for Midtjyske Motorvej project in Denmark

The Danish Road Directorate (Vejdirektoratet) has selected the consulting firm Rambøll to serve as the client advisor for the construction of the Midtjyske Motorvej, specifically the section between Klode Mølle and Løvel west of Viborg.

This approximately 43-kilometer motorway project includes the development of connection facilities, bridges, and other structures, as well as the lowering of the railway line between Langå and Struer. Rambøll will be responsible for detailed design work, addressing complex requirements such as geotechnical engineering, drainage, nature and environmental protection, and integration with existing roads and utilities.

The project is expected to continue through detailed planning phases and is slated for completion in 2035.
