The solution integrates the sixth‑generation RCD06 registering clock driver, a PMIC5030 power‑management IC and a serial presence detect hub with three‑point thermal telemetry via I³C, simplifying high‑speed server memory design for AI‑intensive workloads.

Tektronix released version 4.0.0 of its Clarius Compliance LPDDR4 software, a test‑automation platform for LPDDR4 memory used in mobile phones and portable computing devices. The application provides workflow automation, REST‑API and SDK integration, a unified UI across multiple Tektronix oscilloscopes, and built‑in data management for results, reports and waveforms, aiming to streamline compliance verification without specialized expertise.
