Ramco Systems previews AI-native platform in Malaysia

Ramco Systems has marked 30 years of operations in Malaysia by previewing its upcoming AI-native enterprise platform. The company aims to transition enterprise software from a system of record to a system of intelligence and action.

Unlike traditional software that requires manual data interpretation, the new platform is designed to surface critical issues and draft necessary actions for human approval. For example, the system can identify projected stock shortfalls across warehouses and prepare replenishment requests automatically.

Managing Director Abinav Raja stated that the goal is to assist businesses in assembling information into actionable steps while leaving final judgment to humans. Ramco Systems currently provides management systems for payroll, aviation, defense, and logistics.
