Ramen chains open new outlets in Saitama and Tochigi, Japan

The SAKIGAKE Group's brand Ramen Kairiki‑ya opened its Kyoto‑style “Kita‑Shirakawa” restaurant in Omiya‑East Gate, Saitama, on 17 July 2026, offering a limited‑time discount of ¥110 on its signature Kyoto pork‑fat shoyu ramen.

Separately, the Hiroshima‑originated ramen chain “Bari Ma” opened its first Tochigi location in Utsunomiya’s Hiramatsu district on 26 June 2026, featuring its flagship tonkotsu‑chicken‑bone shoyu ramen alongside a range of side dishes such as fried rice, dumplings and fried chicken.

Both openings highlight ongoing expansion of regional ramen brands into new Japanese prefectures, with each outlet providing counter and table seating and modest parking facilities.
